Hello All, I have been unsuccessful at being able to connect the Google Nexus 10 tablet to my laptop running Windows 8 Retail Enterprise. When I connect the device to the laptop I don't get the MTP popup (asking me what would I like to do) however it correctly recognizes it as Nexus 10, lists...
