Yeah, I did a factory reset and It only happened once when the battery was at 5% charge. Idk what's happening really, Is this normal? I don't think it's a hardware problem. My model is a SM-G950W

So, i'm having this weird bug happening on my S8, every time the battery goes bellow 30% my screen starts to just turn off, like, just the screen. when I open media related apps. when it goes bellow 13% this bug gets even more frequent, in this point it starts to happen after I open the camera...
