ive tried that "fastboot oem unlock" on cmd and it says " <bootloader> [ERR] Command error !!!!

i have a total brick of a M7. All it does is reboot over and over again. Ive been looking for the right RUU file but every time i try to download it, it only downloads 800mb out of 1.5gb. Now is there a different site to download the RUU file besides HTC1guru? BTW all i want is to do a factory...

Thanks for the info. I've tried to get to the power option while i have brief access to the phone but now it doesn't even load into the home screen. Any other idea how to retrieve my media since the phone just does the boot loop over and over again. Any other way to clear out the cache??

A total FML moment on my behalf. Last weekend I proposed to my lady and I have all the photos from that weekend stored on my phone and i failed to back up the photos and videos onto my computer. Phone is stuck on constant boot loop. It loads to the home screen which seems like it might work but...
