Hi there peeps,so i bought a samsung gear s3 from someone.but i cant get it to work as its asking for the prevouise persons email (samsung account ) info..i cant seem to get this..any help will do..i have a samsung account but it does not work..its looking for the account that activated it that...

I have the same problem..did u get yous fixed and how?need help please
