I read that there's an issue with the gps module connection becoming loose. There are vids online on how to fix it but I think it's better to take it to a technician.

Hardware Software doesn't matter if the hardware can't run it.

What I do with all my phones is switch to 2g/3g or whatever mode that has the strongest signal since 4g is very sparse here.
