i used the droid 3 method to root.. How to: Root the Motorola DROID Bionic - Droid Life: A Droid Community Blog i didnt remove but i froze the apps using titanium backup

FYI it usually takes proclip a few months to produce a mount....ive used them in the past and for every new phone ive gotten it takes months for one to be released
