Check with your phone's service provider (AT&T, Verison, whatever). There usually is a way to temporarily disable call waiting.

The Tasker program could unmute your phone automatically. How you would actually do it in Tasker (there are many ways) would depend on how that app works.

Try creating a temporary text layer, and placing {bc} in it, to see what it says. Also remember that (bc) value for the watch will not work when your are running the watch face on your phone/tablet. Just like (bl) will reflect the phone's battery level (i.e. {bl}={pbl}).

I think the syntax you entered is confusing LUA. Try: ("{bc}"=="Charging" and {bl} < 100) and "ff0000" or "0cff00"

Found it! On my AT&T phone, select Lock screen, then Always On display. Scroll down to Display Mode, and tap. Seems the default is Tap to show for 30 seconds. I changed mine to Show as scheduled.

A homemake one. Got a cheap wooden furniture leg rug protector that was the exact size to place the charger into, cut the protector down for where the cord attaches to the charger, and mounted that onto a hangman like wooden post.

Make sure the watch seats firmly on the charger. I have my charger mounted on a stand, so that the watch band does not interfere and prevent the watch from seating firmly.

I figure that in an armed robbery (gun pointed at me), they would probably take my phone AND my watch. I have a complicated system using Tasker that only leaves the phone unlocked (and unlockable with the FPS) when at home. When away, PIN lock only!

I am surmising here: There is volatile memory and non-volatile memory. Volatile memory is erased when power is turned off. A restart does not turn the power off, so that volatile memory area would not get erased on a restart.
