you cant, because its only available for iphone users, but you can use skype, hangouts, viber, and now facebook also got video calling feature

i think there is some problem with your power button, i am also facing similar kind of problem where my home button not work untill i press it again with litle pressure

if you are only interested in texting and no pictures, movies, etc then even 4gb space is enough for thausands of txt messages without any problem.

as far as i know changing a battery does not effect game levels

first check for any new app which you have installed recently on your device and try by un installing it, same problem happens with me when i used viber, i dont know why but some how when i used to make calls from viber it keeps running and drains battery. if by un installing your problem not...

mostly refurb devices comes with some days or month warrenty, so if that tablet which you wana buy have 4 to 5 month warrrenty and i guess there is no harm in buying, here i also suggest if you have money and can afford a new one then dont buy refurbish.
