    Nexus player vs Fire TV, 3 months later (opinions please)

    I have both items and can say that after a year, the nexus player is by far superior. The Amazon ui is a complete mess. It's worse than even their website. Plus they seem to be lagging in terms of new apps, while Android TV is getting more every day. AD Posted via the Android Central App

    Nexus player vs Fire TV, 3 months later (opinions please)

    I have a Roku, Apple TV, FireTV and a Nexus player. As far as UI goes, Nexus wins by a long shot. The app selection and update schedule is the pits though. Roku is second best in UI, but beats everybody in app selection. Apple TV has poor selection of apps (but they have HBO Now and iTunes)...

    Other than mine, I saw one during brunch at some fancy hotel in Beverly Hills. I'm not one to frequent such places myself, but on this occasion somebody important to me had a birthday brunch held there and on the take next to us was a young gentleman with a nexus 6. It made me feel special...

    Half of screen freezes on YouTube

    I had been having that problem for a while. It would be persistent in any app with video playback. At times it works rear its ugly head in other apps. About the only fix I got to work was exchanging the phone. Posted via the Android Central App

    I get this issue constantly. Usually with any video app (Hulu, FXNow, YouTube, Netflix). It has also occurred when using noon video apps such as games, browsing and even during calls. Turning this one in I think. Posted via the Android Central App
