I have been running Android L for about 2 weeks now and I love it, I have not had any troubles with it and I have found that the battery saver mode is amazing and truly does keep my nexus 5 going much longer than if it were disabled. I am very impressed, though other than some minor layout...

im not sure that you can block yourself from calling a specific number or set of numbers however apps like TrueCaller can tell you who is really calling

I did not notice to much of a difference on 4.4.4 but on the Android L developer preview with battery saver enabled battery life lasts forever!!! ok maybe not that long but at least 15 hours. It is pretty fantastic.

Re: Using my new nexus5 right now Unfortunately I have had many phones. however by far the Nexus 5 has taken the rest of them to school. the development and ROM's available and community support for problems have been second to none of my of my other phones. Definitely a great purchase

I am currently running the Android L developer preview with battery saver enabled and it has had the best battery life out of all the ROM's that I have used, I can t wait for the official release. unplugged 12hours ago and I still have 40% battery life left!

There are two microphone but do they both support recording in the same quality? I can imagine that they are the same mic's

I would recommend using MultiRom inorder to test roms without having to wipe your everyday ROM. however like others have noted if you choose to just flash from standard twrp or cwm it no big deal either.
