Root using this: (ALL NEW AGAIN ON 04-29-2011) HTC Inspire/DHD Hack Kit V11 - xda-developers . It is slick 1, 2, 3, process. I have and I will never go back to stock. HTC Sense sucks. You made the best decision in getting this phone.

I am having the same exact problem. Under the Market all my apps that are installed are gone, but Youtube and Google Maps. Fixed: Cleared Market cache and force closed it and they are now showin.

Tried Launder, ADW, ADW EX, and Go, but have found that Go does the best out of all of them.

I have an Inspire and I have no problems using this program to load apps. It works perfectly. And my wife's Inspire works too. Something to check, is USB Debugging enabled?

Thanks for your insight and I see where you are coming from but there is NO WAY to install any app on the HTC Inspire without it being rooted. And rooting my phone entices and scares me at the sametime. I hate providers lock phones down so much. But there is no way to install an app without...

Good morning, my name is Aaron. I just upgraded to the Inspire about 2 months ago. I also upgraded my wife to the Inspire. We both love it. Just wish that OPEN SOURCE meant OPEN SOURCE!! Oh well.

I am experiencing this on my Inspire. I am so tempted to root my phone this weekend. And whack the d*** AT&T crap off it.
