Depends what you want to do with it - if you'd like to draw/create on the go, the Note 3 is the better phone, and it also has a better camera IMO (from an N5 owner). Both phones have the same processor though but the bloat may slow the Note 3 down a bit - it's still a very, very fast phone...

Is it an iPod touch or a nano/shuffle/classic?

Re: Nexus 5 Problems and Issues list. I have a loose, clicking screen at the top when tapped likely - arranging a replacement before the end of the week. :(

I've got an issue where the top of the screen feels very loose and makes a clicking noise when I tap it, even lightly. I've contacted Google and hopefully I can get an exchange/refund/replacement - this isn't on in my view. :mad:

Most people only use the front camera for intentionally low-quality photos or video chat. Having a lower quality camera means less latency on online video chats etc. What matters is the rear camera, which is pretty good in the N5. The SGS4 front camera is only 2MP and the iPhone 5 camera is only...

The N5 has a narrower bezel and is lighter though, so I find it easier to handle, and it's only .3 inches bigger anyway. I agree with the poor decision verdicts; I'd personally never buy an older phone especially when you're only saving as little as $40! You've ignored all of that innovation...
