    Is it alright charging with this charger??

    My galaxy s4 is charging with 4.35 volt with 1100 MA(measured by an android app). I am using 2.1 A charger. It is not samsung charger but i find it is good. So i want to know if it is alright to use this charger and it won't harm my phone!!!
