Yeah, I tried to make them cancel it because I wanted to order the phone and watch combo but was given an excuse as to why he couldn't. Said it was in the process of being shipped, that was like a week before I got the shipping notification.

Is the option to cancel still there? if so I'd smash that s#!t

I'd say about 3 weeks after the cancel button disappeared I got the shipping notification. Not sure how true that is because there are other people on here that ordered before me and I'm not sure if they got their shipping info yet...

Theory: when the option to "cancel order" is gone from the order then that means that it's shipping to the US from one of Samsung's manufacturers somewhere in Asia. It took about as long as a wish.com order takes to ship from China. Just speculation though. But with wish.com you know it's going...

Finally got a shipping notification today. Ordered on the 14th of August, using Samsung finance. If you opted in for the text message notifications you will get the message before you see it online unless you're sitting there watching the website.

Lol I was too excited when I saw an email from Samsung this morning as well but it was the same 30 day delay email with a link to cancel, I clicked on it and it brought me to the order tracking page on Samsung's website which still won't let me cancel.

Welp, same order date of August 14th according to my invoice online and a confirmation email but the mobile app says I ordered the 15th. Still waiting.

The purpose of a preorder is so the supply meets the demand on time. If there were none available for the release date they should have removed that specific model from the pre order options. I don't pre order so i can wait longer than someone picking it up on the street i pre order so i get it...
