I used Swiftkey for years but them switched to gboard when I switched to Google messages and I like it way more

I take mine out occasionally. My son didn't use a case on the last phone he had and that thing was beat up by the time he purchased his latest. He has a case on this one.

I try to not intentionally use AI. It isn't possible a lot but I do try lol.

How frustrating! I've only ever cracked 1 phone and it was totally my fault so I couldn't even be mad at anyone. I hope you get it repaired soon.
