Try flashing stock ROM then you will be eligible for OTA updates. You can also flash Marshmallow easily using Odin on your Samsung J7.

The latest Instagram barely uses much RAM. So dont worry and use it. Its alot more space/time efficient as compared to other Social networks like Facebook and Google+. Telegram and Instagram are very memory efficient apps.

Yes. I have found its solution. Get the Zip file and flash it via Flashify app. Or You can use ROM manager to install custom recovery on your phone. ROM manager for CWM and TWRP manager for TWRP. These apps require root. If you still have any confusion see this guide.
