How do I do a re-install. I looked through all the choices on Smart Switch and did not see the option to load it again.

reset network settings in the general management section of settings also brings it back.

I installed the update via Samsung SmartSwitch. It is a TMobile phone but I use it on AT&T now. It showed software up to date 2 weeks after TMo rolled out Nougat to that phone for their network users.
