My samsung note 8 which is hardly 6 weeks old has screen crash problem. As shown in 2 images attached, the symptoms of this problem are. A. NOTE 8 would be working fine. B. All of a sudden screen will crash C. Then u press the home/menu button and the screen becomes normal Please advise and help
