I have VZW and my signal seems to be better than it was with my Note 5

Ok so I think my issue is the usb connector that came with the note 8 does not fit into the note 8 port. Perhaps I'm wrong? The usb connector I'm trying to use is the larger square one that came with the phone. Is this the correct one?

Thanks, I'm having trouble connecting them via usb. I have usb c connected to Note 8 but the larger and of that cable does not fit into the micro usb adapter unless I'm missing something?

I tried this way first but I am having problems connecting over Wi-Fi.

Just got my phone today and trying to transfer some pictures and other information from N5 to N8. What is the best way to do this? Can I connect them via USB cable? Which adapters would I use as the ones included with N8 don't seem to be the proper ones? Thanks in advance for any help.

I upgraded through VZW app. I just got an email from them stating they will be sensing me a box in 7-10 days to ship to them. Confirmed on the phone with VZW rep that this is how I will return my current note 5 for upgrade.

I cancelled my order today in store. Walked out to my car and ordered on VZW app at about 1 PM. Scheduled for delivery tomorrow by 8 PM. Already have tracking #

They told me the same thing when I tried to cancel over the phone. I went to the store and cancelled. Really easy, all I had to do was give them my # and they cancelled it. Took 30 seconds. Went to my car and ordered on VZW app and it will ship today and I will receive it tomorrow.

In store because I had to go there for something else. I would not think that ordering in store would prevent you from receiving shipment at home. I could be wrong though I guess.

I for sure would have picked home delivery if it was an option. I asked the associate at the store when I was ordering it if I had to pick it up at the store or if I could get it delivered. He said I had to pick up in store. So his lie ended up causing Best Buy to lose a customer.

I just walked in to my BB and cancelled the order. Took about 30 seconds. Walked out to my car and ordered on VZW app with delivery for tomorrow. Paid $12 extra for tomorrow but there is free 2 day shipping.

Really? I am wondering if I should just cancel my order then with BB and the order with VZW.

That is funny. The BB rep I talked to admitted that all online orders were definitely going to be delivered early but not in store pick ups.
