    How to set network mode in Korean Samsung note 2 - Model no. SHV-E250L ?

    my note 2 only support 2G although it can support 4G, how can i resolve this "jhanin24;4997295 dial 319712358 then it will ask password type 0821 then network setting then network operator then choose. ok!" this did not work for me
