Does anyone find there's a good deal of input lag involved with cm7 even with the overclock kernel, in comparison with rooted stock? As great as cm7 is, in my experience, rooted stock was noticeably zippier for the month or so I used it. Though CM7 is an overall much more 'whole' OS.

Thank you. I'm looking in my /cache folder using Androzip File Manager, and don't see anything in there. I'm guessing I'd have to be rooted to take care of this?

So the only appreciable benefit that we're aware of for the VD update over VC is the fix of the screen hangs and the random reboots? That's great news, since neither of those issues were a problem for me!

Also, that OTA download of the VD update I now refuse to install is hanging out on my phone somewhere, taking up precious space. Is there a file manager out there on the market I can use to find it and delete this piece of bloat (without rooting)?
