Yeah, I did the same with my son's Nokia 6.1, the lag was horrible but seems much better now. I've had the Moto update since July, including several updates, it's really good.. the one I have is newer than everyone elses, and it's really good.

Just an FYI... There is now an "official" battery self replacement kit available from iFixIt, authorized by Moto with an OEM battery. This is new, Moto just partnered with iFixIt for a whole bunch of different self fix kits...

This is the problem with "new" batteries for this device, they are unused but have been sitting for four years, they are not new. If you find one that is truly new, it is probably smaller battery put in a shell that fits our device since this battery was pretty unique.
