i was able to solve it at&t sent me a replacement that was on 4.3jb i took it a step further and rooted it with kingo, now running firenote v6x and loving it. just like stock JB but a few tweaks and much faster. saw 5hrs screen time on a single charge today and should be getting much better...

Hi all, living my note 3... still getting used to it. last phone was a sg3 on slimbean my at question: when asked to select "always" ot "just once" for default programs, a second pop up appears and tells me how to reset or clear the default. how do I get rid of that 2nd popup?!? thanks...
