Thanks Dave. It's completely removed from the device. It's not in the app settings and there aren't any folder dates files left over. When I go to reinstall, it downloads but wont install. I get this screenshot. First thing I did was reboot...... But it didn't help.

Thanks but there is something that is creating a conflict cause it removed it during the OS upgrade.... Hoping sometime else had had a similar issue so I can figure this out.

I upgraded my VZ Note 8 to Android 9.0 and immediately noticed 2 apps that I regularly use are gone. Somehow they were uninstalled during the OS upgrade. Went to reinstall the apps and they downloaded but they don't install. Anyone have any similar issues? The 2 apps are - 'Business...

Additionally, I have applied the latest update and factory reset the watch and did not restore from a backup. Still no fix..... Btw, I have a classic 3g Verizon model, so it has its own number as well.
