I am using what is on my huawei p10 lite, which is EMUI. Why? because it works and does the job and I see no need to change.

My Nexus 4 lasted me for almost 5 years, i only changed it a few weeks back for a P10 lite, I will no doubt keep this phone until it goes wrong.
