I have the Level U Pro ANC and I think the volume is great for Bluetooth headphones. Now not all videos and music will be equal. The Bass hits, and they sound pretty loud just sitting around the house. I use the Level U app.

After the update I'm having issues with video play back. My videos are choppy, start and stop. I'm getting the server error when opening certain apps or downloading apps.

IDK about that. My bezel is smooth, no rattles, or loose parts. I thought about all my other watches with rotating bezels and they don't make any noises either, some are inexpensive Timex 25 yrs. old. . I would definitely seek a replacement or fix.

I use mine with the watch with no issue. I have the Level U Pro ANC not sure if that make a difference. Make sure you disconnect it from the phone first then connect to the Gear.
