I've been having this exact problem. I even restored my phone a few days ago, and I got it back again. I'm sure it's one of my apps, but I have no idea which. Maybe we can compare app lists, find any that may overlap and go from there. I'm having the exact same apps bother me.

Re: Phone update! I'm about to do this update on my Rogers H812, but I had one question. How do I go about updating my phone to the next update that comes out? Will my phone continue to check for Rogers updates in the future? And if it does, will it update without issues?
