Weren't we told that simple rebooting will fix this? Apparently, T-Mobile issued a fix and all we have to do is restarting the phone. Are they lying? As of today, May 25th 2:20pm EST this is NOT working. If T-Mobile is responsible for that, shouldn't they fix it for me?

I dare to disagree. LG does not support their phones for quite some time. They do not issue any software patches, changes or updates. By doing nothing they could not screwup anything. Hence, they cannot fix anything. From the other hand if this is Google screwup it would affect more phones, not...

... I went to the T-Mobile store today and showed them the screen. With no questions asked they showed me 2 phones that T-Mobile will give me "for free" + taxes: REVVL V+ 5G and ONEPLUS Nord N200 5G. Both are low end phones with the sticker price around $200. Unfortunately, both have not so good...

The same here. LG G7 ThinQ and T-Mobile. The message "LG IMS KEEPS STOPPING" appears every few seconds. Gives 2 options: "App Info" and "Close App". Neither one does anything valuable. Effectively unable using the phone. SOMEONE DID SOMETHING. No one responsible? My guess is everybody with this...
