Hi there. So I bought a brand new unlocked Samsung s6 edge from the Samsung store in Australia and have very very poor cell service and data service. 90% of the time I won't be able so sent texts, use data. 3 telus staff members and one Samsung staff member have looked at it but have had no luck...
