Install the drivers, you still may be able to get access to ADB. Make sure you have your usb plugged into the back of the computer and not a hub as this apparently gives ADB connection issues. My ADB wouldn't even detect my phone if the cable was hooked to one of the connections in the front but...

I know if you are using a rooted a phone or different roms that the OTA updates won't work. However what if you have just a custom recovery and the stock rom and then removed root afterwards? Basically could just a custom recovery prevent the OTA updates?

On the SD card do you see a folder labeled nandroid and if so look in that folder and see if there are any files or folders within that and report back. My nandroid backup was something like BCDS followed by a bunch of numbers when I was using the ThunderC recovery.

I downloaded Harmonia but when I click the activate app then my screen goes white, my radio bar shows an X and then it closes like a force close just without a dialog box. I tried it about 20 times with the same results.
