I'm experiencing the same problem :( upgraded to 4.3 and the device is stuck on the boot logo (X). i gave it a shut for overnight run (it got very warm) and nothing... i tried to hard reset via recovery deleted whatever i can. it's not a rooted device so i can't really do anything..
