    If you can boot into stock recovery, then the phone is not fullly bricked.

    If it cannot turn on, I'm afraid yes. There is no way ( not any that i know of) to revert from a bricked phone to a normal state. My condolences, R.I.P. Your phone.

    Re: why i cant open the gallery ?? Try rebooting. If that doesn't work, factory reset. If even that does not, you'll have to flash the image again.

    Nexus 7 storage decreased to 8 GB after flashing Lollipop (v5.0)....! Please help..! Today, I proceeded to flashing my nexus 7 (2012 version) with lollipop image from the google servers, it all went well. BUT, when I went out to the storage tab, it was just 8 GB available(6.2 GB usable)...
