Sure, we can root, but for beginners and the naive it's risky. And it still doesn't change the sad fact that a such a simple thing as taking a screenshot isn't a default function of Android. Using the SDK means you have to be connected to your computer - so you can't just take a screenshot...

You would think that an app would be available that could do screenshots. Kind of disappointing, considering how agile Android OS is. Just a matter of time though, it should come in an update at some point.
