Thank you so much. You are the first person to figure this out. Even Outlook support has been useless for nearly a year. I've been in that menu before but didn't realize you could click into the "mail" for even more options. Not sure why it's off by default.

This is all I have found. I have contacted Verizon directly and they won't give a straight answer. It is supposedly coming but we are almost in April which is 1st quarter of 2019 so who knows. Hopefully any day now...

I am having the opposite issue. My screen used to come on when I receive an email, but no longer does. It stopped a while back after an update. My screen still lights up on incoming texts but gmail does not. Did you ever figure this out?

My phone does this all the time now and if I shake it, it wakes back up. Have you found the cause or a fix for it yet?

Since the update yesterday to 4.4.4 the song names no longer update on my car's interface when streaming audio. My car's radio used to read the artist and name of the song that is playing VIA bluetooth, and now the song name gets stuck on the first song I select. I can change tracks up or down...
