just checked and the app has not been put to sleep either - its a really annoying issue i have never had before on any other devices.

i called them yesterday and they didnt seem to know what the issue was as well lol i literally have tried all avenues!

yes all notifications for ring have been switched on and still no joy - i honestly do not know what it could be

No joy trying this as well everything is enabled - maybe it is just the ring app version and i will have to wait for an update?
