When im in a call, the media doesnt seem to allow me to play music/videos in a very small volume (I'd say 10-30% on the volume bar) when i play it in a low volume it seems to cancel out the quiet sounds of the video im playing. For example, im in a skype call with someone doing a group project...

So after i ended a phone call, it seems that my phone thinks im still in it, since when i press the volume adjust button it automatically adjusts the call volume. How do i fix this?
