Well although I'm glad that is true, I'm bummed it didn't fix her watch problem. I've already spent probably close to 30 hours with Verizon trying to get her watch connected to her service through her phone and have been unable to. I thought this is what was causing the issue.

Here and in download mode in the top left it still says TMB

So even after flashing the new rom it still says it's under TMB under service provider software version. Is this normal? Or can I make that go away too? The reason I was trying to get on unlocked software is because T-Mobile's software has been getting in the way of my wife pairing her Galaxy...

Funny story, as I was seeking advice I kept trying to troubleshoot on my own. I used a higher quality cable and tried a different port on my computer and it worked! So sorry for wasting your time but I appreciate how fast you are to respond!
