I have the same problem. Recently installed mobile iron and forced to install samsung dm agent for a new 'company initiative' BYOD. I have just factory reset my galaxy s4 to try and solve the problem with no luck. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? Very annoying!!!! Thanks
