I started having an issue with my S4 's screen flickering bright and low whenever the battery saver mode is engaged or when screen is dimming for any reason. Anyone have any ideas on what could cause this. I checked for other apps, now I either have to have the auto brightness off or manual...

will this delete anything? I assume if not phone should have all settings, programs etc. like it would if it were a over the air update?
