Whenever I'm in a whatsapp/Discord call YouTube/Twitch and pretty much everything else sounds REALLY bad. The "in-call volume" also acts as the media volume, while the media volume does pretty much nothing. I can hear voices in videos somewhat but any backgorund sound is pretty much blocked...
