I have this problem here in Egypt, only in the summer!!.. as normally our time zone is (Cairo +2).. but in the summer it change to be (Cairo +3)!! If I choose the (Cairo +3) it affects some apps, and if choose any other zone with +2 it affects other apps!!! Still donno what to do!!!
