I turned on my son's phone yesterday & if failed to boot. After charging the battery in another phone I found it would stick at the very first boot up stage with 'Samsung GALAXY S4 mini GT-I9195' on screen. Taking the battery out (it wouldn't do anything otherwise) & trying to boot into recovery...
