Remember that Install button can lie sometimes. Especially if you're like me and delete apps all the time, but don't remove them from accounts.

There is probably already stuff on this issue somewhere, so please don't hit me! I am getting the great 'No Connection' issue when signing in with Hangouts. Any internet connection (so, 5 different Wi-Fi hotspots and my mobile data) does not work. I have also disabled and enabled, uninstalled...
