Hi there I recently bought a Samsung S6 Edge and the camera lens has smashed therefore i need to take off the back glass of the Samsung S6 Edge. But i tried applying heat and using a suction cup several times but it wont lift off? Any suggestions? Cheers Aidan

As i don't know what device you have got i cant tell you pacifically as they are different from different phone manufactures. But i would suggest going into settings, applications and then 'Phone'. If you cant find out how then you might be able to get a third party application off the play...

Re: Recent apps button on Note 5 is not working Try a hard reset by pressing and holding the power button and home button for around 10 seconds. If that doesn't work try a full factory reset. If neither of the above things work then you might have to take the phone to a Samsung store located...
