Yes my phone problem have the same as Leornardo0237's problem. Theres 4 apps in there and even the "DEACTIVATE" button also are greyed too so it couldnt to do so. Leornardo 0237, is your phone problem solve? If do pls share in here. Im using Samsung A30s. Pls help... Thanks in advance
