    I live near Sacramento Ca and I have spotty service with T-mobile where I live. I was excited to hear about the LTE expansion on the 700mhz band 12. All of the maps and forums say the completion for the 700 upgrade will be sometime late 2015. Anyone have any idea when I might see it done in...
