Yes I just purchased one yesterday and mine has the watermark effect under the screen. .. but the case is really great. ... I'm going to remove the film on the case and either put a screen shield or protector on the phone to replace the screen that's built on the case Posted via Android Central App

The same thing happened to my evo....I just exchanged it for a new one....u should probably do the same since u said its less than a month old.
