I also noticed a scratch on my screen yesterday. About 2/3 inch. Not sure how it happened but you only notice it when the phone is off.

Same problem here. I've even had the google search engine open and begin to google the phrase "what's up"

I'm having Bluetooth issues. The Bluetooth connection randomly drops when in my car.
