I'm having a similar issue with the new market.android.com I have aprox 20 apps installed on my phone. When i log in on my computer, it only shows 3 apps under the "My Account" section, but if i search for an app i already have on the website, it says "Installed". Anyone else seen this?

The reason your IMAP comes thru is because it is fetch e-mail. And the device takes the 3g connect out of dormat when checking for e-mail. The push e-mail can not make a connection to the phone until the 3g connection is active again.
