How to unlock bootloader on stock Jelly Bean?

Hi guys, I've never unlocked/rooted my nexus before, but I just got a replacement phone so I figured now was the time to start! Can anyone point me to a guide that shows how to unlock/root on a mac? All the guides I have found so far are all ICS ones not Jelly Bean. Thanks!
